GO certification of carbon footprint zero

Cobraplast obtained GSE official certification of carbon footprint zero due to energy 100% from renewable sources purchesed in 2024. Our next green step will be the start up of the new photovoltaic system on plant roof, which will provide about 20% of our annual energy consumption.

Cobraplast wins the first prize at the SPE Automotive Award 2021 in the E-Mobility

Brussels, October 13, 2021 – Solvay & Cobraplast, with the Slot Liner—a component used inside next-generation, high-performance electric motors—received the 2021 international first prize in the New Mobility category from the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE). The component is currently used by major automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers and represents a significant step forward in the design of future electric motors. Thanks to an innovative, problem-solving mindset, Cobraplast—one of the leaders in the development and production of engineering-polymer components across many industries—confirms its standing as a reliable and competitive partner. Over more than 20 years, Cobraplast has achieved significant milestones in innovating high-tech plastic processing, with a strong focus on reducing energy costs, using Industry 4.0 production systems aimed at lowering consumption, maximizing efficiency, and protecting the environment. La figura di nostro interesse dovrà assicurare la corretta conduzione degli impianti e delle attività produttive, nel rispetto delle procedure prescritte, eseguendo operazioni anche manuali sul prodotto e garantendo il controllo, prevalentemente visivo e dimensionale, della conformità in base a specifiche predeterminate.
PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’:
· Condurre gli impianti di produzione con impostazione automatica o manuale in base alle lavorazioni da effettuare, nel rispetto delle procedure e specifiche interne
· Svolgere attività di assemblaggio, selezione e lavorazioni manuali sul prodotto
· Effettuare operazioni di sbavatura, smaterozzatura e finitura dei pezzi
· Imballare il materiale prodotto secondo la scheda imballo di riferimento
· Registrare la produttività giornaliera e gli scarti di produzione
· Eseguire controlli visivi e dimensionali sul prodotto secondo piani di controllo e frequenze stabilite
· Individuare, registrare, segnalare e segregare il prodotto non conforme
· Mantenere ordine e pulizia nel proprio posto di lavoro (5S)
· Provvedere alla raccolta dei rifiuti prodotti in produzione, suddividendoli negli appositi contenitori/cassoni secondo le tipologie e le disposizioni aziendali

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
Requisito minimo licenza media
· Buona capacità di relazionarsi e coordinarsi con i colleghi
· Buona manualità e attenzione al dettaglio
· Conoscenza delle norme di sicurezza, norme ambientali e rischi aziendali di pertinenza

ORARIO DI LAVORO: 40 ore settimanali distribuite dal lunedì al venerdì su 3 turni alternati (6/14 – 14/22 – 22/6) o centrale, in base alle esigenze aziendali
CONTRATTO: L’inquadramento e la retribuzione saranno commisurati al livello di esperienza del candidato.
